Building Plans
Build Plan offers a complete professional architectural service to obtain all the various permissions, consents, licenses and approvals necessary to undertake your building project.
We hold an initial consultation with the client on-site to discuss the design and layout, with reference to planning and building regulations, in order to form a design brief. Build Plan will advise on which permissions, consents and approvals are required, and provide you with an estimate for the design work.
Stages - A detailed survey and the production of drawing proposals.
- We visit the property to take all site dimensions and photographs and discuss your requirements.
- Prepare a draft plan and return with the proposed plan for discussion and any amendments required.
- Prepare the final plan for Local Authority Approval for Building Regulations and Planning Permission.
- Complete the necessary forms and act as the Agent until the Local authority process is complete so any technical queries are directed straight to us.
(Customer pays all the Local Authority fees for Building Regulations and Planning Approval.)
